At Venture One Travels, we strive to offer exceptional travel experiences and personalized service. Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy is structured to reflect our partnerships with airlines and luxury travel providers.

✈️ Flight Bookings

Refund eligibility is subject to the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policies.
Non-refundable fares cannot be refunded, but may be eligible for a credit or rebooking with a fee.
For refundable tickets, processing may take up to 7–14 business days, depending on the airline.

🏝 Luxury Travel Packages

Cancellations made 14 days or more before the trip start date may be eligible for a partial refund, minus non-refundable deposits and booking fees.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the travel date are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in your package agreement.
Custom experiences, private charters, and third-party bookings are subject to the individual provider’s terms.

💳 Service Fees

All concierge, itinerary planning, and agency service fees are non-refundable once services are rendered.
